WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For domestic orders, shipment usually takes between 7-10 business days. For International orders, 10-14 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number and link will be provided for you and sent to your email, after payment and your order is processed.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

We strive for perfection in all we do, but in some cases delays or errors can occur during the production process. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team if you have any questions about your order.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE?

All prices on our site are displayed in USD. Due to currency exchange rates, your total may be different than the purchase price displayed on our checkout page. If your shipping address is in Illinois, you will be charged an additional sales tax for your purchase.

USPS CONFIRMED DELIVERY OF MY ITEM, BUT WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED IT?

If your package has not be found or has not been delivered, we suggest that you contact USPS in order to locate the missing/stolen item(s). Republic Garden & Lounge is not responsible for: any non-delivery, mis-delivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the delivery of Your Order, when it is confirmed delivered by the shipping tracking number.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE. WHAT GIVES!?

Occasionally items ship separately depending on the size and availability of the product you ordered. If there are multiple trackers, you will receive the remainder of your order in a separate package around the same time as your first package.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

All order are eligible for an exchange within the first 15 days. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
